SOLUTION:

STEP 1 : Ensure you have this SAP_BR_GL_ACCOUNTANT Role for your User ID.

STEP 2: Go to Fiori Launchpad and search for Manage Posting Period - Cost Accounting Fiori App

STEP 3: Provide Company code and Fiscal Year then Execute. Open Periods of your CO Area
