MM- Could you please help to understand, Table MKPF and MSEG wont store data in S4 Hana, however while executing ADCODA, it shows in field Ref proc. as MKPF instead of MATDOC.

MATDOC is MKPF+MSEG. But, reference procedure always updates with header table which is MKPF in case of MM and BKPF in case of Finance.
In terms of storing data, MKPF and MSEG still stores the data, but changed to views (NSDM_V_MKPF & NSDM_V_MSEG) as they have included other tables are as well. RICEWFs will be developed based on MATDOC, not based on MKPF/MSEG which will not help to read the data.
