Diagnosis
You are trying to perform a posting in company code RLJ and ledger 0L despite the mass data project TEST1234 that was not yet finished.
System Response
The mass data project TEST1234 that was created by the system due to a former change in the controlling area master data: The existing postings in table ACDOCA must be updated.
Procedure
You need to finish this project first, before you can do further changes that affect company code RLJ and ledger 0L.
You finish the project TEST1234 by starting the IMG activity Update Existing Postings: Assign Company Code to Controlling Area.
Once you finished the project successfully, the data in table ACDOCA will fit to the current controlling area master data. Then it will be possible again to post new journal entries.

SOLUTION:
STEP 1: Follow below configuration Path or Go to T-Code FINS_CCD2COA_COCKPIT
STEP 2: Provide Project Name for which you are getting error and Click on Show Cockpit
STEP 3: Select the Activity and click on Execute
then refresh to check.
