Diagnosis

No account groups have been defined in chart of accounts ADD1.

System Response

No G/L account master records can be edited.

Procedure

Define at least one account group in chart of accounts ADD1.

SOLUTION :

STEP 1: Go to T Code OBD4 > Click on New Entries > Provide Chart of Accounts, 4-Digit Account Group Code and Name, Number Range Interval according to the length specified in Chart of Accounts. and SAVE.
