You have not made an entry for FM account assignment element Fund and you left the value BLANK or SPACE. This is not permitted.
System Response

Procedure
Enter a valid value for FM account assignment element Fund.
SOLUTION:
NOTE: If you don't want Fund Management for your company Code then follow the below step to solve the error
Go to T Code OBY6 and go to your Company Code
Remove the FM Area and Save.
