SOLUTION:

STEP 1 : Click on "NO"

STEP 2 : Go to T Code SM12 > Enter Username and Click on Search

STEP 3 : Click on Select All and then Click on Delete Icon

STEP 4 : Click on Delete

Now you can Open and Edit the Screen which you want.
