Diagnosis

Account assignment object Profit Center with its value TEST-PC is not the same as the value  entered in the asset master record.

System Response

The system keeps the current account assignment object Profit Center with the value TEST-PC, or the posting is rejected.

Procedure

Check the account assignment.

SOLUTION :

Ensure the Field status of Cost Center field & Profit Center field of both the Field Status Group of Technical Clearing GL and Posting Key 70 is same.

STEP 1 : Check the Field Status Group of Technical clearing GL A/c

 STEP 2 : Now, Go to T code OBC4, check for the field status of Cost center

STEP 3 : Go to T code OB41 > Double-Click on Posting Key 70

STEP 4 : Maintain Field status

STEP 5 : Click on Additional Account Assignments

STEP 6 : Maintain the Field Status of  Cost Center same as Field Status of Technical Clearing GL A/c
