Diagnosis

You have tried to define dunning data in company code ADD1 for the current account. Before you do this, however, you must define the company code data for company code ADD1 within the dunning program configuration.

Create the company code data for ADD1 within the dunning program configuration. To do this, select Envionment->Company code data within the dunning procedure maintenance.

SOLUTION:

If Dunning Text is missing in Dunning Procedure

STEP 1: Go to T Code FBMP > Select the Dunning Procedure > Dunning Text and Provide your Company code

STEP 2: Click on New Company Code and Provide your Company code and SAVE

OR

STEP 1: Go to T Code FBMP > Select your Dunning Procedure > Go to More > Environment > Company Code Data

STEP 2: Click on New Entries > Provide your Company code and SAVE
