Before entering actual data for an FM area, you must assign an update profile to FM area ZVFM.

Assign an update profile to FM area ZVFM. Do this using transaction Assign update profile to FM area.

STEP 1: Follow the below path to assign update profile to FM Area
STEP 2: Provide Update Profile 000100 against your FM Area
