Free Goods Determination process
Free Goods Determination: I would like to understand the exact flow in sequence from step1 to last step to understand how the Free Goods Pricing Procedure or Condition Types or Access Sequence or Condition Table or the Condition Records are determined even though we are not maintaining the Free Goods Condition Types are not being maintained in the Main Pricing Procedure.
Before Creating the Sales Order, below are the action items undertaken. Let us say this is an example of Free Goods with Inclusive and Item Generated
1. Condition Table is Created(Sales Org/Customer/Material)
2. Access Sequence is Created
3. Condition Type is created and Access Sequence is assigned
4. Pricing Procedure is created and Condition Type is assigned.
5. Condition Records are maintained using VBN1
In the Main Pricing Procedure:
1. Base Price condition Type is maintained(PR00)
2. Couple of Discount Condition Types are maintained
1. R100 Condition Type is maintained(Routine 55, and Routine for Alternative Calculation of Condition Base Value as 28)
2. NRAB Condition Type is maintained(Routine 59, and Routine for Alternative Calculation of Condition Base Value as 29)
Now I would like to understand that how come R100 condition type has determined the Condition Records. We maintained the Free Goods Pricing Elements NO WHERE in the Main Pricing Procedure.
