Posting Period Error-
I'm trying to resolve my error regarding the posting period.
I have followed all the instructions given by our trainer, still couldn't rectify the issue.
Trying to close the previous period & open the new period but the system throws an error.

Hi,
You get this error when you try to close wrong period. In this step you need to close each and every period in sequence. Currently you are trying to close 5th period of 2021 while before you do that you need to close all previous periods one by one starting from 02 period of 2020 (as per your screenshot)
