How to find T-Codes or Fiori Apps in SAP S/4 HANA ?

One of the easiest ways to find the T-Code of any active screen in SAP GUI is by using Transaction Code KTRAN
STEP 1 : Search Transaction code KTRAN in Search Bar and Press Enter
STEP 2 : Click on Execute Button which will guide you to a screen just adjacent to this button as shown below.
STEP 3 : Suppose you want to find the T Code for Fiscal Year Variant If you start typing "Fiscal Year Variant" it will show suggestions related to the word then click on Transaction Code which you want to open in our case it is C FI Fiscal Year Variants
which will open a New Screen for Fiscal year Variants
similarly, If you want to Open a Fiori App then Type the Fiori App name in the Transaction search Term field Box but ensure your User have the Business Role assigned for that Fiori App
Suppose if you want to Open Manage Bank Accounts Fiori App then Type Manage Bank Accounts in search bar which will show below suggestions then click on Transaction Code with Prefix "F" as seen below which is for the Fiori Apps
this will open "Manage Bank Accounts" Fiori App
