Hi Srikanth,
This is the standard functionality in SAP. If there are some sensitive fields defined in vendor/customer master data, system will need the confirmation of changes done in those fields.
This configuration can be done from below SAP SPRO node
I have now confirmed the changes using transaction FD08 using my user ID.
