Hello All,

I faced a weird ticket today, that the cost centre standard hierarchy has been deleted in production server.

The user called me for help as he could not create any new cost centre. When he pressed on F4 he could not find anything.

I checked in OKENN and system gave this message : -

The same message popped up in Quality server as well. But the hierarchy existed in development system.

What is the solution? Is there any way that the hierarchy got deleted because of any data issue or someone manually deleted it.

Because the user said only he is authorised to create cost centres. Can I find any log? Whats the best solution here?
