Hi, I believe you can't just select special GL transaction (which is usually on credit side of customer account) to create a dispute case. You need to select both normal AR receivable and also special GL transaction together to create dispute case. To allow system to select these special GL transactions, we do this config.

Hi, it should be visible as FIN_BUKRS; not FIN_BURKS. Check it once again and if not found within F4, attach the screenshot of attributes that you are seeing in F4.

Hi, try to load the bank statement manually using transaction FF.5. It will help you to identify the missing data causing the error in bank charges posting automatically. In case you couldn't find the root cause, send the screenshot or description of error here for more analysis.
